With ship to store option, your item will be delivered to our showroom and unpackaged ready for you to pick up or have coordinated delivery.
Local delivery starts at $75 an hour and our third party service, charges an extra fee for stairs.
With ship to home option, your item will be shipped straight from the manufacturer to your door. This option is for out of state orders and for local customers who prefer to get their items sooner. All items ship free. If it is an oversized item, there will be a small freight charge, this is to cover freight costs for lift gate residential services.
Tracking is provided as soon as item ships out from manufacturer! We will send you an email update as soon as item ships, please note that shipping times vary by manufacturer and availability.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
All sales are final.
If items is misrepresented under any conditions we will make every attempt to fix or replace the item. Under this circumstance only, will our customers be allowed to return or exchange item. If customer chooses to return for a store credit, a refund will be given in full. If customer chooses to return item and receieve a refund to payment method provided at time of purchase, a 15% restocking fee will be charged and any delivery fees ( if applicable) will not be returned. Refunds will be given to form of payment method used at purchase only, any requests for cash or other form will be denied.
Any cash purchases will be deemed all sales final and under no circumstances will returns be accepted.
For items purchased and delivered through freight, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted.
